Virgin Voyages promotes Russo to Director of Sales, Canada

Virgin Voyages’ Sean Russo has been promoted to Director of Sales, Canada. Russo, who joined the adults-only cruise line in late 2022, previously held the title of Sales Manager, Canada. The appointment comes as Virgin Voyages continues to increase its presence and team in the Canadian market.

Under his leadership the First Mate community in Canada has grown tremendously. Based on 2025 sales, more Canadians than ever have climbed into the cruise lines’ Top 100 list of top performing First Mates, Virgin lingo for travel advisors, including the first Canadian in the Top 10.
