WestJet Adds Limited-Edition Summer Routes

Starting June 29, WestJet will begin service between London, Ont. and Vancouver and between Quebec City and Calgary.

WestJet’s limited-edition flights will be offered only during the peak summer travel season.

“WestJet is looking forward to providing London and Quebec City with improved connectivity into the broader WestJet network through Vancouver and Calgary respectively this summer,” said Brian Znotins, WestJet vice-president, Network Planning, Alliances and Corporate Development. “Thanks to these new services, our guests will have more options for travelling to visit friends and family this summer while having a chance to see more of Canada’s history and beauty.”

From June 29 through Sept. 8, WestJet will offer four weekly, non-stop flights between Quebec City and Calgary. Service will be reduced to three weekly, non-stop flights from Sept. 8 through Oct. 26. The service opens up 18 new WestJet destinations via Calgary International Airport including Saskatoon, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria, Comox, Nanaimo, and WestJet’s new WestJet Link service to Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Cranbrook.

From June 29 to Sept. 7, WestJet will offer three weekly, non-stop flights between London, Ont. and Vancouver. The service arrives in London in the evening and departs in the morning, opening up six new WestJet destinations including Calgary, Edmonton, Victoria, Fort St. John, Prince George and Kelowna via Vancouver International Airport.
