WestJet Vacations enhances agent support

In a move designed to further support its travel agent partners, WestJet Vacations has introduced the WestJet Vacations flex team, available to provide booking assistance for those unable to complete through self-serve options.

There will be dedicated contact centre agents available to assist agents through March.

About the flex team: Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days per week; the WestJet Vacations flex team is set up to only take calls from travel agency partners. These agents will be dedicated to the technical aspect of travel agency calls.
