Baxter Travel Media’s Responsible Travel & Tourism Forum (RTTF ) is now accepting nominations for the annual Leadership Awards.
Do you know someone who is a leader in sustainable tourism? Help us celebrate the innovative work and responsible efforts of the Canadian travel industry by nominating your colleague, your organization or yourself for an RTTF Leadership Award. With a focus on innovation, the 2015 RTTF Leadership Awards have added seven new categories: Tour Operator; Accommodations; Destination; Transportation; Travel Agency; Student (Ryerson University); Leadership. Send your nomination to [email protected] with the title of the award in the subject line.
Nominations will be evaluated by a panel of five judges. Award recipients will be invited to attend the RTTF Leadership Awards Ceremony & Luncheon. Hosted by the Eaton Chelsea, Toronto in May, the ceremony is a chance to celebrate the achievements of the award recipients and to network with fellow winners, sponsors, and industry leaders. Submissions will be accepted until 5 p.m. EST on April 20.
With the help of this year’s leadership awards sponsors including Air Canada; Eaton Chelsea, Toronto; and Ryerson University, Baxter Travel Media’s RTTF program brings Canadian travel professionals information about the environmental, social, and economic issues affecting our industry today while sharing best practices to inspire change tomorrow.
