World Travel Protection (WTP) Continues Expansion In North America

World Travel Protection (WTP) is strengthening operations around the globe with the appointments of two executives to key leadership roles.

Jermaine Grant has joined the company in the role of Executive Vice President of Operations, North America, and Mark Panturescu has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

In his new role, Grant will oversee WTP’s growing operations in North America, including a dedicated Toronto-based Command Center, providing travellers with 24-hour access to specialized services in travel safety, travel assistance, health and emergency medical services (EMS), including evacuation or repatriation. As CFO, Mark will assume responsibility for all aspects of WTP’s financial operations.

Panturescu has been an integral part of WTP for the past 12 years and is currently serving in his second leadership role with the company.

In his previous role as General Manager of Operations, Panturescu successfully balanced service-level agreements with profitability, while also developing accurate forecasting models and pricing strategies across multiple products and services.
