Brand USA announces return of Canada Connect West 2025
Brand USA has announced the return of Canada Connect West — a multi-city series of events designed to deepen connections between Canadian travel professionals and premier U.S. destinations.
Running from May 20–22, 2025, Canada Connect West will stop in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, delivering an impactful schedule of one-on-one meetings and networking opportunities across three of Western Canada’s most influential travel markets. Following the strong attendance and positive response at Canada Connect East in Toronto and Montréal, Brand USA is confident that Western Canada remains a vital market for travel to the U.S.

Canada Connect West 2025 will give U.S. travel partners a prime opportunity to meet directly with top Canadian travel agents from some of the largest cities in Western Canada. This event is designed to foster new relationships, strengthen existing ties, and create valuable connections within the Canadian travel industry.
What to expect
Canada Connect West will kick off in Calgary on May 20 at the Fairmont Palliser, located in the heart of downtown. The tour will continue to Edmonton on May 21 at the Delta Hotels Edmonton South Conference Centre and conclude in Vancouver on May 22 at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel.
