Canadian North pilots -- represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA) -- have reached a tentative agreement with Canadian North management after over six months of negotiating their seventh collective agreement. Aeromexico is adding planes and routes alike this year, while touting an on-time record that it says is unequalled. Jose Zapata, the airline's vice-president of sales for the United States, Canada and Latin America, told a Thursday webinar that his carrier now has 166 planes, with plans to add an additional 5 this year. BermudAir has released details of its updated 2026 summer schedule – which runs from May 25 to Sept. 3 -- and is now offering six times weekly from Toronto, twice weekly service from Montreal and twice weekly flights from Halifax. Air Canada has renewed its agreement with The Landline Company to extend the popular, luxury motorcoach service to the Ontario communities of Niagara, Sarnia and Muskoka, linking them directly with the airline’s global hub at Toronto Pearson International Airport beginning June 15, 2026.
