SickKids Flying High With Ethiopian Airlines
Ethiopian Airlines Canada's partnership with SickKids Foundation in Toronto helped support the SickKids Centre for Global Child Healths (C-GCH) Capacity Building programs in sub-Saharan Africa last year. The 24 round-trip tickets donated by Ethiopian Airlines Canada in late 2017-2018 were divided between the C-GCH and the SickKids International Patient Office, which is supported by The Herbie Fund. The Long Night winter tour of the Yukon for travel professionals from across Canada was an “incredible experience” that raised over $11,000 for worthy charities and non-profit organizations in Yukon and NWT, said organizers. Air Canada has announced the agency recipients of the 2019 Circle of Excellence (COE) Awards, through which the airline recognizes its top supporting agencies from across Canada. COE qualification took place from October 2017 to September 2018. To be recognized, agencies had to achieve a number of metrics during the period, including revenue targets. AC Reaches New Jazz Agreement
Air Canada has announced an agreement to amend and extend the Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA) with Jazz Aviation LP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chorus Aviation Inc., under which Jazz currently operates certain regional Air Canada Express flights.
