Belgium airports to close on March 31 due to national strike
Belgium’s airports have advised that they will be closed on March 31, 2025 due to a national strike by security staff and handlers personnel. In an alert on its website, Brussels Airport said that it expects “major disruptions to airport operations’’ on the day of the strike. Charleroi Airport also advised that it would be closed, saying that the lack of staff to ensure safe operations made the move necessary. OAG data reveals reduced Canada-US capacity through October 2025
