WestJet & AMFA agree to return to the bargaining table
On the morning of June 20, WestJet appeared before the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) to discuss the airline's request for arbitration, in the negotiations process between the airline and the aircraft maintenance engineers and tech ops employees, and to determine next steps. On June 18, 2024, KTO, Air Canada and ADM Aéroports de Montréal officially celebrated the inaugural flight and new service from Montreal to Incheon with a launch event and ribbon cutting ceremony at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.
