UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee has voted to inscribe Louisiana’s Poverty Point State Historic Site as a World Heritage Site, making Poverty Point the 22nd World Heritage Site in the US.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort recently celebrated the restoration of its iconic Rainbow Mural, with a traditional Hawaiian blessing and dedication ceremony.
The event was attended by media, local tourism officials, contractors and other dignitaries.
