Vision acquires TCNA’s M&IT business
The Vision 2000 Travel Group has acquired Thomas Cook North America's (TCNA) meetings and incentives business, which trades as SM+i. Brian Robertson, COO of Vision 2000 announced today (March 22) that an agreement had been finalized with TCNA to acquire its meetings and incentives business, which trades as SM+i. Thomas Cook sells, Red Label buys
Mississauga, Ont.-based Red Label Vacations Inc. (redtag.ca) has purchased Thomas Cook North America for $5.3 million. The transaction, which is subject to a number of conditions, including clearance by the Competition Bureau of Canada, is expected to be complete by May 31.
