Karisma Hotels & Resorts has introduced an array of new meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) tools, including detailed fact sheets, easy-to-use banquet kit menu options, themed group events and the added “Pick Your Perks” incentive – all which are great resources for groups.

Karisma MICE customers can now easily book exactly the type of venue and location they need using newly introduced MICE fact sheets. Featuring a separate fact sheet per property, these easy-to-read sheets include every detail of the resort, including the number of suites, restaurants, bars and activity options. Most importantly, the fact sheets include meeting space details, including size, max capacity, meeting space floor plans and the resorts’ location distance from the airport.
To accompany the fact sheets, planners and agents also have access to a new digital banquet kit. With preset menu packages for each meal of the day, meeting planners and customers can easily select the best menu for their groups. Guests may also opt to design their own food menus.
Karisma has also created themed events for groups to opt in for an additional cost. Groups have the option to choose from True Mexico: A Team Building Experience or Gourmet Inclusive Fiesta Nights.
The Pick Your Perks program, based on the total nights contracted, is valid through Dec. 15, 2018. MICE groups can enjoy a number of perks including complimentary rooms, upgrades, private transfers, private VIP check in, complimentary reception, discounts on spa services or complimentary themed group events. The more booked, the more perks available.
