Home Digital Extra post New tours celebrate Wright at Taliesin West

It will be 150 years since the birth of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 2017 and his school of architecture in Arizona is starting commemorations early.

To kick off them, Taliesin West in Scottsdale has introduced two new tours that pay homage to Wright. For example, the Garden Walk tour explores native and non-indigenous plants of the Sonoran Desert through the eyes of the architect.

Taliesin West is Wright’s winter home and school of architecture. The tour is offered every Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. Tickets are US$19. Dates, times and prices are different for the new Private Collections Tour.
