Goway Travel’s Groups Only department is meeting the challenges of these unprecedented times with the addition of their Travelmate program and three new booking incentives.
Goway’s Travelmate Assurance
A dedicated senior Group Coordinator will be assigned to groups bookings, guaranteeing destination and customer service expertise to work in partnership with travel professionals.
Group files will also come with a priority phone line throughout the entire travel process, from first inquiry to final landing.
Travelmate also offers a Priority Assist line that’s available from anywhere in the world 24/7/365 over phone, email, or online chat.
It also offers a Goway Welcome, a safe and seamless beginning for every group departure that includes an arrival transfer for each group member at their first point of arrival in destination. Each group member will also receive a return credit of $100 per person to use on their next group or FIT booking.
Goway continues to work closely with in-country partners who are committed to the health and safety of all Goway travellers, including requiring masks during transit, following physical distancing protocols, the regular sanitation of common touch areas, providing disinfectant wipes and gels as necessary, and using Whisper Devices for guided sightseeing tours where available.
Goway’s Exclusive Groups Only Incentives (valid to March 31, 2021)
Once land arrangements are confirmed, Goway Groups Only’s $600 booking fee will be waived for three months.
Agents who book a new group with Goway Groups Only will also be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win one ounce of gold in celebration of Goway’s 50th anniversary.
The draw will be held on April 1, 2021.
Agents that book their group’s international air with Goway will get a second ticket entry into the draw, doubling their chances of winning gold.
Agents that book now can triple their rewards, with $100 loaded on their Goway Rewards Card when the group’s deposit is paid.
When the group travels, an additional $200 will be loaded on the Goway Rewards Card.
