Last month, Trafalgar held its annual global sales and marketing conference for 2020 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In partnership with Northern Ireland Tourism, numerous Trafalgar and Costsaver staff members from around the globe gathered to celebrate successes and plan for the coming year’s activities. At this year’s conference, Margarita Peloso, sales manager for Ottawa, Montreal, Central and Eastern Ontario, was recognized for her efforts and contributions and received the Sales Manager of the Year award. “My initial thoughts when winning the award were, ‘this can’t be real, it truly has to be a ‘pinch me’ moment,’” says Peloso. “I’m part of an amazing tribe and I love working with our incredible travel agent partners. It’s a two-way communication – they ask for my assistance and I ask for their support. I feel so very lucky to work for Trafalgar and Costsaver. We have a remarkable team and outstanding product.”
