Sofitel Montreal celebrates Vietnam Week

From March 21-24, Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile will be hosting Vietnamese gastronomy at Renoir. A collaboration between executive chef Olivier Perret and Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi’s visiting talent, chef Vu Thi Ha and sous chef Nguyen Thi Kim Banh, the team will work together to create a taste of Vietnam in the heart of Montreal. The alliance will introduce locals and visitors to the culture and cuisine of Vietnam, with an authentic menu. In addition, those who book lunch or dinner at Renoir over Vietnam Week will be entered to win a trip to Vietnam to experience the culture first hand, courtesy of Air France and Sofitel. Winners, who will be announced on March 24, will enjoy two round-trip tickets to Hanoi with Air France and a five-night stay at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, transfers included.
