TMR HOLIDAYS IN ONTARIO

TMR Holidays is coming to Ontario. Part of Transat A.T. Inc. since February 2012, TMR Holidays is a tour operator specializing in sun destinations, namely Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Cuba, the latter representing half of its global offering. Founded in 1969, TMR is a renowned leader in the Quebec travel industry headed by Anna Malito, president and long-time Transat executive. Malito and her team have many years of experience in tour operating. In Ontario, the tour operator will offer departures from Toronto and Ottawa as of Nov. 1. Its initial offering will include close to 200 hotels. TMR products will be distributed through travel agencies. Access to the full inventory in booking systems will be available as of June 10. The Groups department will also provide quotes upon request. Exceptional group promotions are currently available. TMR Holidays will present its 2013-2014 Sun brochure over the next few days. The name of the Commercial Director for Ontario will also be released shortly. The Director will report to Louise Fecteau, vice-president, Sales and Marketing. Fecteau has a long-time experience in distribution. Prior to TMR Holidays, she was the director, Operations in Quebec for Transat Distribution Canada. Travel agencies can reach TMR Holidays’ sales department for any questions or if they require any assistance.
