A Big Mazatlan Welcome For Sunwing
Sunwing received a royal welcome yesterday (Oct. 11) as it marked its return to Mazatlan, Mexico, hosting nearly 160 agents on a four-day fam. New for Sunwing this year is direct service from Montreal to Mazatlan, along with seasonal weekly flights from Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina and Saskatoon. Air Canada Adds Lift From YVR
Air Canada has unveiled enhancements to four international routes from Vancouver, including increasing service to Delhi with daily flights on a year-round basis starting June 2, 2019. As well, Air Canada is increasing its non-stop Melbourne service to four times weekly year-round, and summer seasonal service to Zurich will increase to five flights a week. Lufthansa Group Unveils Aircraft Plans
The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG has approved the purchase of 27 short- and medium-haul aircraft. The purchase options for 24 Airbus A320neo and three A321neo will now be converted into firm orders. With this decision, the Lufthansa Group is reacting to the positive market and earnings development and thus ensuring the necessary fleet size in the coming years. British Airways has unveiled its “must-see” destinations for 2019, along with some highly anticipated events and new routes that it will be operating.
