Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup Returns to Toronto
The Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup returns to the Toronto area this week as the latest stage of the 2016 Qualifying Series takes place at Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville with play beginning Aug. 11. The event will feature 60 players, all personally invited guests of Turkish Airlines. One winner will progress to the Grand Final in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, this October. Greater Toronto Airways Starts New Service
Beginning Sept. 15, Greater Toronto Airways will be starting new flights between Toronto and the Niagara region. Flights will operate from Toronto's Billy Bishop Airport to the Niagara Regional Airport every weekday. Delta Delays, Cancellations Continue
Delta is cancelling about 300 flights this morning as it works to reset the operation and get crews, aircraft and other operational elements in place to take care of customers. Delta Resumes Services With Limited Departures
A Delta ground stop has been lifted and limited departures are resuming following a power outage in Atlanta that impacted Delta computer systems and operations worldwide, including Toronto's Pearson International.
