Royal Caribbean is advising that for its cruises departing from Florida homeports from Aug. 1 to Dec. 31, 2021, each unvaccinated guest, 12 and older, must provide proof of a valid insurance policy as a condition of boarding. The policy must have a minimum of (a) $25,000 per person in medical expense coverage and (b) $50,000 per person for quarantine and medical evacuation related to a positive COVID-19 test result. Holland America Line is preparing for the restart of cruising out of San Diego with cruises to Mexico, Hawaii and along the California coast aboard the Koningsdam and Zuiderdam.
