Canadian newscaster Coleen Christie has been named the godmother of Emerald Waterways’ newest Star Ship, Emerald Destiny. Christie is Canada’s first Emerald Waterways’ godparent and will christen the new ship in Vienna in May. Silver Muse Successfully Completes Sea Trials
Silversea Cruises' new flagship, Silver Muse, has successfully completed a series of sea trials. Rigorous assessments were conducted from Fincantieri shipyard in Genoa where the ship is currently under construction. Norwegian Orders Four New Ships
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has reached an agreement with Fincantieri S.p.A. to construct the “next generation of extraordinary ships” for its Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) brand. Four ships are on order for delivery in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, with an option for two additional ships to be delivered in 2026 and 2027.
