The project will be implemented in stages over a two-year period, with the first install now live at Whistler Olympic Plaza.

In its latest Travel Markets Outlook, the Conference Board of Canada is projecting that overseas visits to Canada will grow by 6.7% in 2018 – to reach over 9 million visitors – and continuing the solid growth the country experienced in 2017.
Greg Hermus, associate director for The Conference Board of Canada's Canadian Tourism Research Institute, said that: “Overseas visits to Canada are expected to increase from all continents, with the highest growth coming from Mexico and China.”

Over the next few years, 17 hotels are slated to open in Los Cabos – representing 5,000 new rooms. For Moctezuma Loza, groups and conventions manager, Los Cabos, this means further opportunity for growth in the meetings and incentives market.

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has revealed its new lineup for winter 2018/19 flights to warm weather, on board Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge.
The roster includes a new route (Vancouver to Lihue, Hawaii, (beginning Dec. 15, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), new 737-MAX aircraft, increased frequency on popular routes and increased capacity in the fall.
