Costa Rica hit a milestone Dec. 18 when it welcomed its one millionth North American visitor. According to the Costa Rica Tourism Board (ICT), well over a million North Americans will have visited Costa Rica by the end of this year. Frankfurt Airport Welcomes 60-Millionth Passenger
Dec. 22 was a record breaking day for Frankfurt Airport (FRA) – as Germany’s global aviation hub welcomed its 60-millionth passenger – the first time in the airport’s history that over 60 million passengers passed in a single year. Marking the milestone was 13-year old passenger Antonia Hein from the city of Fulda, who was heading to South Africa with her family.
