Thrill seekers are now able to zip through the air at World Waterpark at West Edmonton Mall on the world's largest permanent indoor zipline feature. Linetech Ziplines has opened a zipline over 138 metres (450-feet) in the park. The four-line system stretches from the southwest corner to the northeast section of World Waterpark, over the entire wave pool. The zipline begins approximately 18 metres (60 feet) above the wave pool and ends on a landing deck over the patrons below. The Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) and the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii (VASH) have recently launched a Safety eBrochure. This tool provides visitors, residents and industry partners with safety tips from state and county agencies to ensure safe and enjoyable travel experiences throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The eBrochure provides another outlet to communicate recommended safety measures, to keep visitors aware and informed in taking proper precautions while in Hawaii.
