Grenada is investing US$375,000 to expand and develop its marine and yachting industry. Acapulco hotel occupancy levels best in 10 years
Acapulco reported its best hotel occupancy level in 10 years, 97% occupancy, following the 2012 holiday season. The Office of the Secretary of Tourism reported the information, along with results from the other Sun Triangle destinations, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and Taxco, which also experienced high occupancy levels. Tour of Alberta pro cycle race set for September
The province of Alberta will soon be home to the newest pro-cycling event on the international cycling circuit -- The Tour of Alberta. It is scheduled to be held in September. The tour will be a six-day stage race, starting in Edmonton on Sept. 3 and ending in Calgary on Sept. 8, with stages through rural Alberta.
