Travel agents are now able to make seat selection online and continue to earn 5% commission with Air Canada Vacations (ACV).
For all departures as of Nov. 1, any booking made through ACV’s travel agent website, or Sirev, can be retrieved via TripBook and from here, agents can add seat selection to their client files. As a reminder, if making reservations through ACV’s online channels, final payments must be made online as well.
This online initiative was created to provide agents with efficiency and save them time when updating their client bookings.
