IATA reports that global passenger traffic – measured in revenue passenger kilometres or RPKs -- for November 2019 grew by 3.3% compared to the same month in 2018. This was unchanged from October’s result and below the long-term trend. Capacity (available seat kilometers or ASKs) increased by 1.8%, and load factor climbed 1.1 percentage points to 81.1%, which was a record for any November.
