United Adds Tahiti to Growing List of New Routes

United Airlines (UAL) has announced plans to begin service between San Francisco and Pape'ete, Tahiti, the South Pacific's gateway to more than 118 islands in French Polynesia including Bora Bora, Moorea, the Marquesas and Raiatea. British Columbia's Flair Airlines begins service as the first low-fare carrier in Canada to fly from Vancouver International Airport, Toronto Pearson Airport and Kelowna International airport. Air Canada has embarked on the next phase of its transformation with its new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft entering regular scheduled service. The 169-seat, fuel-efficient aircraft features Air Canada's next generation in-flight entertainment system, spacious overhead storage bin capacity and Boeing's Sky Interior.
