Air Canada is planning to shift its business emphasis away from North America and more towards international destinations, particularly points in the Pacific, according to Ben Smith, president of passenger airlines. The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is advising consumers who have purchased SkyGreece Airlines travel services from a registered Ontario travel agent and who did not receive their travel services and have not been reimbursed that they can file a claim with the Ontario Travel Industry Compensation Fund.
