“Flair Airlines is aware of extreme and unusual actions taken by a New York-based hedge fund and lessor of certain Flair Airlines aircraft. This is a commercial dispute, which has impacted four of Flair Airlines’ aircraft. The airline is aggrieved by this unprecedented action.”

Lynx Air (Lynx) will add Montreal to its network from June 5, 2023, taking the total number of North American destinations served by Lynx to 15.
The carrier will operate services from Montreal – Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to both Calgary International Airport (YYC) and St. John’s International Airport (YYT).

Total traffic in January 2023 (measured in revenue passenger kilometres or RPKs) rose 67.0% compared to January 2022. Globally, traffic is now at 84.2% of January 2019 levels.

IATA and airlines are mounting a legal challenge to the Dutch government’s sudden decision to reduce Schiphol airport’s capacity.
