The Westin Seattle, an AAA Four Diamond downtown Seattle hotel, has announced the completion of its $35 million renovation project, with the opening of the Relish Burger Bistro, which opened March 1. The restaurant is the final piece of a complete makeover, transforming more than 42,000 square metres of hotel property.
