Something old, something new... Cuba's Gaviota Tourism Group has put a new face on an Old Havana landmark that it says adds another upscale dimension to the Cuban capital. Inc. reports it has purchased land, and has entered into a promissory agreement to purchase a second adjacent property, in Puerto Morelos on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula for between US$54 and US$57 million to build a beachfront resort.
