Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has introduced several time-saving tools agents can use to complete and modify their client bookings. Agents are now able to reserve seat selection online and earn commission instead of calling ACV’s reservations department. Any bookings made through ACV’s travel agent website, or Sirev, can be retrieved via TripBook and from here, agents can add seat selection to their client files.
