WestJet reports that 93% of the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Association (AMEA) members voted in favour of a new five-year agreement.
The vote represents 90% of the AMEA's 688 members.
The agreement starts May 1 and recognizes the value of WestJet AMEs and technicians and their dedication to safety. The AMEA is a member of the WestJet Employee Association.
