November 8, 2021. Save that date. That’s when the U.S. will open its borders to fully vaccinated travellers after being closed since March 2020. The reopening applies to travellers who are arriving by air, land or aboard passenger ferries. For those arriving by air, they’ll need to show a pre-departure negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of travel prior to boarding their flight.
