Gaviota Keeps On Growing in Cuba
Something old, something new... Cuba's Gaviota Tourism Group has put a new face on an Old Havana landmark that it says adds another upscale dimension to the Cuban capital. Transat To Build Mexican Beachfront Resort
Transat A.T. Inc. reports it has purchased land, and has entered into a promissory agreement to purchase a second adjacent property, in Puerto Morelos on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula for between US$54 and US$57 million to build a beachfront resort. The promissory agreement is subject to certain usual conditions and is anticipated to close on or around Nov. 1.
