AC’s Boeing 737 MAX Enters Regular Service
Air Canada has embarked on the next phase of its transformation with its new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft entering regular scheduled service. The 169-seat, fuel-efficient aircraft features Air Canada's next generation in-flight entertainment system, spacious overhead storage bin capacity and Boeing's Sky Interior. The plane is being used on a Calgary to Montreal route, followed by service from Montreal to Vancouver. Air Canada has 61 firm orders for the 737 MAX. This week is the Air Canada Foundation and Aeroplan Miles Matching Week in support of the Air Canada Foundation Hospital Transportation Program.
