Air Canada will be launching seasonal services between Québec City and Western Canada this May. Visitors from Western Canada’s major capitals can take advantage of increased access to Québec City throughout the summer as Air Canada reveals two new seasonal routes that are slated to launch in the spring.

Porter Airlines is returning to Muskoka, Ontario this summer, with flights operating between June 24 and Sept. 6, 2022.
The service between Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and Muskoka Airport will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays and connecting flights will also be available via Toronto from various Porter destinations.

Internationally, the carrier will be relaunching 34 routes across the Atlantic and Pacific.
Starting next month, non-stop services will begin resuming from Toronto to Tel Aviv, Paris, Tokyo and Amsterdam, signs that recovery is well underway. Newly released data by IATA shows that there is growing momentum in the recovery of air travel as restrictions are lifted.
In terms of ticket sales, IATA reports an 11-percentage point increase for international tickets sold in recent weeks (in proportion to 2019 sales).

Azores Airlines will start a new air operation between Montreal and Terceira (Azores) from June 15 to Sept. 14, 2022.
This new service will operate on Wednesdays, and it will compliment services already operating from Toronto to Terceira (up to two times per week), as well as up to five times per week service from Toronto to Ponta Delgada.

Porter Airlines is increasing its presence in the Maritimes with the addition of three new non-stop routes connecting Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Halifax, Fredericton and Moncton.
Non-stop Halifax service begins April 7, featuring up to three daily roundtrips in summer, while Fredericton and Moncton both start May 5, with one daily year-round non-stop flight each.
